Intervention Strategies in Military Behavioral Health

CLASS SESSION: Monday, June 26, 2017-Thursday, August 10, 2017

General Information: Course will be delivered by Web conferencing utilizing Adobe Connect. Students will be present online for the class sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45 - 8:30pm. The Adobe Connect URL will be posted in Blackboard by the instructor prior to the first class meeting.

Syllabus Information: Enrolled students will be able to view in Blackboard.

Assignment Information: Enrolled students will be able to view in Blackboard.

Course Delivery Type: Over 50% Web Delivery: A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc. Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

(One or more synchronous components will REQUIRE meeting face-to-face or Online).

Credit: 3 semester hours of graduate credit

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Knowledge about intervention strategies with military members, veterans of the military, and their families, including important knowledge to help social workers interface effectively with other medical and behavioral health professionals.
