Case Management and Community Resources in Rehabilitation
CLASS SESSION: Tuesday, May 30, 2017-Thursday, June 29, 2017
General Information: Course will be delivered by Web conferencing utilizing Adobe Connect. Course will also utilize Blackboard. All Students must be present, either in person or online, for the class sessions on Mondays- Fridays, 5:15-7:15 p.m. Students may attend classes in Medical Park 15 room 004A; all other students will view classes via the Internet. For students viewing the class live online, the Adobe Connect URL will be posted in Blackboard by the instructor prior to the first class meeting. To facilitate in-class communication when using Adobe Connect, all on-line students will be required to have a working microphone.
Course Delivery Type: Over 50% Web Delivery: A Web course is taught using one or more web delivery platforms such as Blackboard, Streaming Video, Adobe Connect etc.
Students must have access to a high-speed Internet connection. More information will be provided by the instructor in the course syllabus.

Credit: 3 semester hours of graduate credit

Graduate Bulletin Course Description: Focuses on factors which facilitate or deter rehabilitation caseload movement. A detailed task analysis of case intake, case study, individualized written rehabilitation program planning, case services, and case closure within agency procedural regulations are emphasized.
